The 1,800mg full spectrum CBD oil definitely helps with my severe back pain due to (now healing) multiple spinal fractures and muscle spasms. It took three weeks to begin to work. I’m taking quite a high dose at 96mg per day, eight drops in the morning and eight in the evening. If I reduce this dose the pain returns. I was very sceptical in the beginning and didn’t really believe this oil would relieve my pain, but to my great surprise it does!
