I've been using Digestive Care multi for years and they make a huge difference in how I feel. This product helps me to digest my food. Years ago when I started my journey on healing my digestive problems, I needed to take ta pack before each meal. After years of focusing on repairing my gut, I've come a long way. Now, I ONLY need to take a pack for one meal - my first meal of the day- and my digestion is smooth the remainder of the day. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there have been a handful of times my product went bad during shipping in the hot humid weather, and another handful of times I ordered online and the product wasn't even shipped for almost two weeks. I had to call Body Ecology directly to have them shipped. I will say the customer service is AWESOME and they've always fixed the problem.
