I’ve been ordering from BE for a decade. Then they changed their website. Impossible to navigate, kicked me out twice, wouldn’t let me log in, etc. I emailed left a message and got no response. Finally left a terse e-mail and got a call back. Clearly I am more motivated than they are. Will be looking for a different product with a different company. Not worth the aggravation.
