I should really have given this 0 stars as my booking to have my carpets were was never fulfilled. However they did have the courtesy to respond to my complaint with an apology so I guess 1 star reflects the situation. I made a booking and answered all their questions as to what needed to be done. My house is a town house with five floors and carpets on four sets of stairs were to be cleaned. I made the booking at the recommendation of my next door neighbour who had hers cleaned by Breeze a while ago and lives in an identical house to mine. When the Breeze operator came he said he could not the job as he could not take his machine up the 5 wide steps to my front door. I was not asked about access to the house so had no idea that this might be a problem and do not see how it was a different situation from the house next door. I do not think it is acceptable to make a firm appointment, (for which I had made special arrangements to be at home and prior to which I had spent considerable time clearing all the rooms of moveable items so that the cleaning could take place) and then refuse to carry out the job. An apology and the advice to get 'another company' is really not good enough.
