The team at British home sellers are all incredibly professional and proactive throughout the whole sale. We decided to sell through BH after having 3 failed attempts with local estate agents.We dealt with Alex and Charles who bounce off each other wonderfully. We had a lengthy time between accepting an offer to completion, which was extremely stressful Alex and Charles endeavoured to keep us in the loop and liased between all parties exceptionally well which helped to minimised the level of stress. We received prompt replies to any queries whether it be by phone or email. Our account was easily accessed by other staff so if for any reason we could not speak with Alex one of the team would be able to deal with us with ease. We felt the fees were also competitive and truly worth it for the service we received. Great company to deal with and we will definitely be using them again in the future.
