My gift rose arrived at my home so I could give to my neighbour for her birthday. Thank goodness! It arrived having been tipped upside down, broken shoots, compost everywhere etc. whilst the rose itself would have arrived in tip top condition, the transit operators failed completely. The rose is happily planted next door but the courier needs review.
