I had a problem with futures contracts which resulted in a huge loss due to their incompetence. i took the loss and moved on. now they wont let me withdraw what's left of my money. they asked me to send a selfie of myself holding the card, I did, they then asked me to send 2 more selfies holding older cards one of which has expired, i did again I was told they need a bank statement showing capital.com withdrawals or deposits, I sent it now they want me to send bank statements for the expired card.. seems to me that the account manager is just having fun with customers. I know they will reply saying to this review saying we are sorry to hear that, here contact our customer support so they can play some more
