Ordered front brake pads and brake discs for my car. When delivered all boxes found to be torn open, front brake pads oily with oily fingerprints inside and out of torn box. Brake disc box looked like it had been thrown out of a second story window so sent it all back via DPD courier. Second delivery found the front brake pads were incorrect (to small) looked like rear not front ones so had to purchase front brake pads from your competitors. I have to send these back by post now!! Overall I feel let down by your poor customer service and parts in poor condition. If I'm paying for new I expect NEW PARTS!
