Ordered items on Friday morning on-line and informed by a message the items wouldn't be ready for click and collect until Monday, so not great. Called at the Crewe branch to collect on Monday just after lunch, I was fourth in the queue and it took 20-25 minutes to get served, there was one person serving despite there being many people in the office in the background, all the people waiting to be served were grumbling at the service and the queue got longer and longer. When I got served the items were all correct and the lady serving was corteous though I could tell she wasn't happy to be left to serve alone at such a busy time.
