I have never had such a bad experience as this before and never had the need to write a bad review. I would normally consider only writing good reviews. Their customer relations is appaling. I ordered various inks for my printer around 18 months ago with two inks of the same colour for the future on some colours. The printer does not get heavy use so the first problem was when one ink was proved to be faulty and would not work. Cartridge shop kindly replaced it. 18 months after the purchase the second same colour ink was also faulty but Cartridge Shop have refused to replace it. There stance was it is out of guarantee. So much for good public relations and a gesture of good will. I have brought the same colour ink from a different retailer and their ink works fine, which goes to prove the inks I brought were faulty. I understand because they come in sealed packages, Cartridge Shop would have been unaware they were faulty but they are refusing to be helpful. To customers reading this review, think carefully who you buy inks from and don't get caught out and ripped off like I did, Steve Woolven
