Jenny was absolutely perfect, reviewed my problem, and came up with the answer. The failure code was down to partial blockage of the spa filters caused by the degradation of the plastic bubble pool cover sheet which I found after being pointed in the right direction. Brilliant result with new filters ordered, I thought I would have to replace the filter/heater motor at great expense. Thank you again Stuart
