Washer dryer died. Friendly office staff sorted a repair visit and explained costs clearly. CB Domestics engineer came and identified a loose connection to fix our Biko washer dryer. We discussed we had a previous AEG washer dryer in the garage that another company had not been able to fault find. CB Domestics took the AEG back to investigate the problem as a training exercise. After two weeks they called us having fixed it and tested it for multiple washes to ensure it was fixed. The cost including the parts, delivery and installation was really reasonable. Great company and service.
