My oven broke on the Sunday. Phoned CB Domestics on the Monday morning, they then came Tuesday morning and took about 5 minutes to fix it. Engineer was prompt, phoned ahead to give ETA, and was knowledgeably and friendly. When I originally phoned, the person who answered was friendly, helpful and clear with times and actions. Would recommend the company 100%
