Beautiful doll! This is meant to be a present for my little girl - but she has not recived it yet. As I myself was a little girl once - it is my expert opinion, that the doll will be welcomed and loved. She's just adorable!
Since I prefer natural cosmetics and we do not use smelly houshold chemicals - the dolls scent is a bit strange for me. But maybe it is something you get use to - and surely it will fade in time.
