Attended this clinic with my father, for his ongoing back pain.
I am completely baffled as to why customers are singing Maria`s praises regarding this money grabbing clinic. Maria was abrupt, short tempered, sarcastic and very unprofessional and really needs to question her non-existent personality. Roy on reception needs to book himself on a life long customer service course. Manners cost nothing and a smile goes a long way. There is only one word to sum up this clinic. "Once bitten, twice shy"!
