I received my ring yesterday after a very easy process. The staff that I have dealt with have been lovely and compassionate and I got my ring back in no time! I honestly couldn’t be happier, it is absolutely stunning. Now I can have my mum and sister with me everywhere I go and will be looking at making further purchases for something for my daughter to remember her nanna. I honestly can’t thank you enough
