Ordered an item as a Christmas present on the 2nd of December, still not received it, emailed them and asked what was going on, given the excuse of “ it’s our busiest period” blah blah blah was promised my order was going to be put to the front of the production line because of my long wait time. Still nothing, tried to check my order status online and it just says “order received delivery will be 7-9 days from dispatch” at this rate it will arrive after Christmas, so thanks a bunch. Really not happy with this, I am contemplating a refund and I’ll go to another company who can actually fulfill my order on time.
