I had 3 Mini DV tapes that contained my sons birth and toddler years. These tapes got chewed up by our camcorder and I though they were lost forever, but Magic Memories Cine Magic managed to fix them and put the videos onto DVD for me and also supplied a down load. Service was and efficient. Thank you so much I was so happy.
