I place an order on 19/07/2023 and received the email mentioned that they are out of stock for some of products and wait for the shipping from other country with estimates delivery expected by early August.
However, I haven’t received my order until now (like a month after order confirmation)
I also reply to customer service email on 09/08 but no response since then.
