We are slowly getting a bit more choosy as we enter our autumn years. If we don't like the company or people then whatever the price we are restrained. Claytons from the outset, particularly Glynis, were professional but cosy (my wife prefers "reassuring") and when they were also the best price...well.... we were in Utopia....which apparently is close to Lincoln! The delivery guys too were great...could not do enough for us although we did pay for the premium delivery service...trust us it's worth it. There was a little mark on one of our chairs but within the week a technician was out and resolved the issue perfectly. So as you can see we experienced the complete saga of major furniture ordering. Claytons seemingly want to make you happy...and in our case they did. Well done Claytons and particularly Glynis, the delivery guys and the technician.
