I had problems getting on to the MID database and I needed a car registered for the weekend.
Serena Horsewell sorted the whole problem out and made sure the car had insurance for that weekend. In addition she emailed me to tell me that it was all sorted so I had piece of mind that it was done. This is the type of service I rarely get these days and I appreciate the effort she made.
