The ordering process was easy and delivery was a day earlier than the stated date slots. Product specification (1800w 40cm Lawnmower with roller and mulching plug) was exactly what I was after but assembly was a little fiddly and the build quality of the grass box meant that it was a shockingly bad fit. I noticed other quality issues with the grass box also which meant I decided to return the item. Return service was great, very responsive and timely.
