I was initially pleased with the way I received texts to inform me of my purchase. However, I was asked where the product should be left( porch) only to find that's the carrier you use, will not deliver without a signature., so I was left a card to say I had to pick it up from the Post Office. This meant I had to arrange to leave work early to collect it, which was inconvenient.
Could I suggest, that asking customers their preferred place to leave a parcel is only any good, if you can carry through the instruction! The cashier at the Post Office, agreed this was an unsatisfactory service.
The Senseo coffee machine was as I expected( I have one myself, and this was a gift) but I was disappointed to see that the plate on which the cup stands is now plastic, not metal, and I felt this makes the product look cheap. I am sure it is because of costs, but I would rather have paid a little more. Thank you.
