Worst insurance company I ever worked with, you call the number you find on Google and the office from Cardiff will answer,they ask you wich office you are with because there is 99 offices in the UK, how stupid this can be, its the same company ,why should I know wich office I am with.
I tried to cancel my goods in transit insurance after 3 months due to not using it anymore and they said you have to pay it in full,It doesn't matter if you use it or not.
They are legally robbing you! Please do not use them !!!!
