Very helpful with goods in transit until you pay your money, then its all gone.
2 weeks of hassling to get my paperwork sent over, then when it arrives the schedule is so vague it doesn't actually say what i am covered for and my customers just reject it. I have had to call back 3 times to an unhelpful person that doesnt want to help, now they say they will write up a schedule of coverage but will wait and see if that ever arrives, still in the 2 week cancellation so may go elsewhere and pop a letter to financial ombudsmen
