Excellent customer service. My watch winder has had all three winders replaced in the least 2 years, twice! There was no issue in Cuffed honouring the 2 year warranty and I cannot fault their customer service. However, for such an expensive machine I had hoped for better quality. Five stars for Cuffed. 2 stars for the the quality of the winders.
