Amazingly protective and well thought out packaging, with next-day delivery. The colour sample option is a very good idea and was promptly met. The pole was slightly darker than the other components but as it is mostly obscured by the curtains that was no big deal. Every necessary item for fitting was present and correct, and the job went like clockwork. I chose to not use the supplied finials as I wished to match the ones on the existing curtain poles but that is no reflection on Curtain Pole Store. You can buy with confidence.
