We have used Cymphony for many years now and the customer service you will receive is first class. Nothing less at all times I myself many years ago used to work in companies as a Receptionist in a busy Solicitors firm and for 10 years after that a Receptionist in a secondary school of 1200 pupils and as there was only me I could never get to all the calls on time, would often have to leave it ring and switch to answer machine and listen to the messages when i got time and sometimes I forgot to give messages on time to recipients especially when it was a very busy time for me so I appreciate it is not just somebody answering the telephone, you are the first port of call when contact is made so it is important to be professional at all times. All the team who answer the calls are first class in taking our calls. After all first impressions are important. With Cymphony you receive you message immediately. When you call Cymphony the call is answered always very quickly and you are sent your message instantly. This can be by email, or phone and i believe whatever suits you best to receive your messages so we always have a good response time to deal with our enquiries. Equally if we are too busy, out of office, on holiday or whatever reason we cannot deal with calls that day, Cymphony inform our customers and keep them up to date. I cannot recommend them enough. For the bill that comes in each month in relation to the amount of calls answered that month for you, the price is unbeatable as well.
