Very disappointed that the spar was delivered filthy.we were told it would be clean and like 'brand new'. We were not given any instruction leaflet , so didn't even know how to operate it. We were charged an extra 200 pounds for delivery less than three miles ,and the men sent couldn't even move it from the vehicle into the garden.we had to get two friends to leave work and come and help, otherwise it would still be on the drive. When we were sold the tub, we were told it had two heaters, but it has only got one. Would not recommend Danz at all. Very poor customer service. Only interested in getting your money, not interested in making sure customer had got the product that was promised.
