Good customer service and returns policy is excellent. Free delivery and free returns (tested and confirm it works well).
Only downside (not fault of DV) is that it’s nigh on impossible to gauge the fit of climbing shoes online so you have to buy blind and hope the shoes fit, else return. Bit of a faff but at least the returns process is seamless. I’ve used DV twice for shoes and had to return all but one pair!
