I was advised by a local climbing shop to get in touch with Dark Ventures, having had a problem with an online retailer regarding an issue with an Unparallel climbing shoe, so I sent them an email, outlining the issue, a couple of emails later and even though the initial purchase had not been with them, the issue was resolved and they were kind enough to send me a replacement pair of shoes.
I can’t recommend them enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with, incredibly helpful and understanding, top marks from me ☺️👍
