Excellent service from start to finish. I received several samples to help me make my final decision. It being difficult to match colour correctly from a screen, this is recognised and DCTUK was happy to assist by sending more samples. Nour kept in touch throughout the process and was very helpful at the stage of placing an order. Tiles arrived very quickly and I was kept informed of the delivery status. Great company to deal with and the tiles I finally decided on are fantastic. Exactly what I wanted, looks like a wood floor but isn't and much easier to fit. Fitted myself and it was very easy, once I got going. DCTUK have some useful instruction videos if you decide to fit yourself.
