Although I have not yet purchased from DCTUK, I am impressed by their high standards already. Samples were sent out instantly, and Vanessa has taken a personal interest in my requirements, which is delightful in these days of uncaring staff. The range of products is outstanding and I am confident of being able to find exactly what I need. My only problem is an unreasonable delay in getting access to my new property, which should have been ready in June and is now deferred to the end of August. However, I will definitely be considering DCTUK first as the supplier of my carpet tile requirements. Thank you !!
