Awful "customer-service" advisors.
Woman on the phone wouldn't let me finish a sentence and was just talking over everything I said.
Completely unhelpful and just wanted to be right/argue.
Would have never used this firm if I knew I would have to speak to people like this.
Had no clue what I was trying to say because I wasn't allowed to explain!
I never leave reviews either!
