The product itself is incredible, pretty much flawless. It got 1x week polled dried blood completely, entirely out of a white napkins And I’m sad to say it would have been a five but for two things: 1. The triggers consistently fail to work so easily on the bottles. I’ve replaced four new bottles this year of a total of eight. Honestly, It’s a counter-productive refill and recycling system if the product isn’t long lasting in the first place. and… 2. The delivery for this took far far far too long considering B&Q got it to me next day. Anything direct from the supplier should never take 5 days excluding weekends.
