A good business will check on how you served the tenant’s required docs by the court. Express eviction have no time for this Just keep off from them. At first I had no even selective licence which is today a requirement in most boroughs, managed to do it. Again after months as never had time to check , they were quick to collect the fee until I went through the other reviews. When asked if Eli posted the s21 he advised receipt was archived and blamed me as was my responsibility. He had clearly advised he will have it posted and u could reinforce this by email or WhatsApp which he tends to frequently use. Last minute made up my mind not to use them and glad as could have paid fir the court claim for him to act for me. He wanted to take the payment even before going through the docs served to tenant.
