I received several of my canvases damaged due to ink not drying prior to packaging and while the company offered to reprint them for free, they required me to pay for shipping AGAIN. Customer support is lacking. This company does not stand behind their product or the quality of their workmanship and instead tries to place the blame on their customer. I can no longer recommend this company despite literally spending hundreds of dollars with them in the past.
