Two things: the product I bought (an AudioZen Embrace Integrated Amplifier) and Elite Audio's performance were both superb. The amplifier was to replace a failed 25 year-old unit. Coupled with reasonable speakers, the old one had never sounded that good, which I assumed was more or less entirely down to the speakers - Sonus Faber Grand Piano Home - not being up to snuff. EA talked it through with me at length, and suggested that there should be a significant improvement. My response: maybe, but I might as well invest the money and try. It turned out that the result was vastly better than I expected - improved bass but particularly treble, and with a feeling that the amp was fully in control. It's easy to listen too whereas it used to be tiring. This is maybe the fifth or sixth time I've bought from Elite Audio. On each occasion, before and after sale, apart from being unfailingly supportive and enthusiastic, they are completely professional. The advice is always good, they're conscious of budget issues, and everything to do with the delivery is fast. And the prices are often mega-attractive (on this occasion, the AudioZen Embrace was second-hand, in perfect condition and practically unused - and at a serious reduction on the price new).
