I used this product religiously for 3 months following the same time and amount each day as I wanted it to clear my acne I have been experiencing on my chin since coming off the pill. I really wanted it to work but I saw no change to my skin at all, I am still getting consistent break outs and my skin may even be slightly worse since starting. Didn’t notice any changes to my nails, redness, hair growth etc. either. So disappointed!!
