Not reliable. The writer failed to meet deadlines and continued to repeat mistakes throughout the essay after me giving feedback for corrections. There was references missing and random references thrown in that weren't real, others were then not listed in the reference list. I had to spend so many hours correcting the work and was still forced to pay over 70% of agreed amount. There is obviously different quality writers and its abit of luck of the draw.
