I had my Grandad's ashes made into a ring and a necklace and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Such wonderful service from start to finish, I couldn't fault them at all. They treated my order with dignity and respect and their quality checking was second to none, so much so that they sent me another ring that apparently didn't meet their quality checking standards but because it had my Grandad's ashes in it they wanted to respect that so sent me the 'defective' ring along with the ring that I had ordered.
