The customer service from start to finish was incredible, nothing was too much trouble, no question went unanswered and they were willing to find and send me previous customer photos so I could get my choice’s right. I wanted my daughters birth stone as the colour and they said they would be able to custom mix to make sure it was right- it was perfect and shines beautifully in the sun. Replies were fast and the service was super fast too, I sent the ashes on the Monday and received my jewellery on the Friday! I know this jewellery will bring me so much comfort for years to come.
