I ordered the charm with the heart on so I could have my dogs ashes with me on my Pandora Bangle as I work away a lot and wanted the comfort of having a piece of her with me, always. From the initial ordering process, which they send out a tasteful velvet pouch to send the ashes in was thoughtful yet tasteful. It took about 10 days to receive the charm bead back and I thought it was really pretty. I chose Amber as my dogs eyes were this colour so that worked well for me. I did order the Diamond dust but in all honesty I struggle to see it so not too sure it was worth the extra £20? Also I would’ve preferred the ashes to have looked like they were floating ( as in the image online ) but so many of the ashes were crammed in to the tiny heart I think that spoilt it somewhat. I appreciate each one is unique but it wasn’t my preference. I wasn’t aware I’d have to be quite so specific. Anyway, that said it’s a really lovely tribute piece to my Pointer, Bella and I still love it. Highly recommend- Thanks EverWith
