Service on the phone with my original first enquiry was very professional. I received my pack in the post the next day.
Whole process was very straight forward and easy to do, I opted for a gold ring which stated 6 - 8 weeks, I received the ring in about 9 weeks and boy it didn't disappoint. It was absolutely stunning and I have not taken it off since.
I sobbed when I opened it and I think my late mum would of approve of my choice.
Now my darling mum will be forever with me.
