Very impressed with the communications with this company. Have a claim going through at present due to illness and everything has been straightforward. Initially i had a problem with the on line claim pro forma, but a phone cal to the help desk connected me with someone in the UK who spoke English that i could understand and everything was resolved quickly.
So I would have no reservations in recommending this company and its excellent service.
