I was looking to purchase a rug to match one I already had and although I could see they had some in different colours but not the one I wanted. Upon emailing and phoning, Claire quickly came back and confirmed they did have one available! Needless to say order was quickly made and received! Kept informed of delivery day & time from Delivery service too. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.
