I live in the USA and was somewhat wary of ordering books from a printer in the UK, but the pricing, even with shipping, was very competitive with domestic printers. What won me over was the support for lots of different book sizes and the extensive video library they provide on YouTube to guide one through the process. I haven’t seen a single other print shop that seems to care enough about the customer’s happiness with the final product to provide such ample and detailed guidance. Ex Why Zed were extremely patient with my many emailed questions and the end result came out better than I expected. I especially appreciated the easy digital workflow. I won’t hesitate to use them again.
