Spent a lot of time researching, ordered and paid, after a day received an email to say not in stock, had to refund order before ordering a new product then unable to deliver on the day of original order,if a simple replacement had taken place they would have been able to honour delivery so had to cancel order, unable to speak to customer services either all after sales is via email, a whole sale lost rather than offering a replacement for the agreed date, shame as the flooring was affordable and appeared to be good quality
