Farer showed some of the best customer service I've come across when I exchanged a recent purchase for a new release. They were professional and courteous across a number of questions I had and the exchange process itself was flawless, having now received the new release exactly when stated and without quibble. The watch itself is excellent quality and quite true to the online photos. Having now tried both the rubber and leather straps I would argue that the leather strap wore better and was better quality. But each to their own, that's just my opinion. Very pleased with my experience shopping with Farer and would certainly buy from Farer again. Thank you all for everything.
