I placed my order in August and have just received them today! I ordered early! Once I received the email saying they had been dispatched they arrived within the timeframe. The package arrived and the quality of the bulbs looks great. Well packaged and healthy looking bulbs. I will be planting tomorrow on the West coast of Ireland. I'll be back later for the Dahlias😁
